Esc was founded in January 1989 with the goal of becoming a trendsetting agency in the distribution of fashion and sportswear.

A spirit of competitiveness and dynamism, an eye for investment and innovation, and dedication to research are the key elements that the two partners, Giorgio Mantovani Magello and Alberto Saro, offer businesses and customers to come up with a new way to do business in the textile sector.

Distribution, consulting and the creation of value are the applied activities that distinguish the destiny of Esc – and of those who work in a spirit of partnership with us.
 
Esc operates in northeast Italy and has two offices:

in Padua (for the Triveneto area) and
in Bologna (for the Emilia Romagna area)

It has a fulltime staff of 20 people.-

Flag is the company that, since January 2000, has handled the Dolce & Gabbana e D&G collections exclusively and on a fulltime basis, in partnership with Dolce & Gabbana Industria spa.
A highly specialised staff works to offer specially designed commercial support and consultancy for distributing the lines of this fashion house in the Triveneto and Emilia Romagna areas.
The collections are presented at our showrooms in exclusive and specially dedicated areas that are open by invitation.
